Candi and family are natives of the Eastern Shore of Maryland and have been making sales and resort vacation dreams a reality for decades. Her unrivaled knowledge of the vacation  industry is unsurpassed. She knows virtually every high rise and Ocean City condominium property building like the back of her hand. Candi has over 40 years of experience in the Resort Real Estate Industry in Ocean City and surrounding areas on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  She holds real estate licenses in Maryland and Delaware.  Her vast experience includes all aspects of Beach resort property investments, residential sales, commercial sales, leasing, and management.  Candi joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) in 2003 when CBRB acquired one of Ocean City's most established and prestigious real estate firms, Moore, Warfield, and Glick (MWG).  Candi had been a leader in MWG since joining them in 1982.  She was an original agent for MWG's 45th street office.  In 1985, she moved to MWG's 120th street office as the development, sales, and leasing activity in Ocean City rapidly grew, with extensive new development in the north end. Candi has earned the professional designations of Associate Broker, CM, Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS).  She also is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI).

Candi was born and raised in Salisbury MD and spent summers at the beach growing up and watching Ocean City develop from the small sleepy town through the explosive development leading to what it is today. Candi attended Averett college in Danville, Virginia and graduated with a B.S. degree from Salisbury State University in 1977. Candi has fond memories as a flight attendant for Henson Allegany Commuter based out of Salisbury, Maryland from 1980-1982. She truly loved the experience of meeting new people that became friends very quickly.

 Candi has been married to Mike Noyes, a REALTOR and resident of Ocean City since 1965.  He grew up downtown on Talbot Street spending the summers working at his parent’s motel and watched Ocean City explode with development of high-rise row and the numerous condos and single-family homes on the northern end of town. Mike possesses a wealth of knowledge about Ocean City and can tell you anything you want to know about this great resort and much of its history.  His vast knowledge is unparalleled and his honesty and straight forward approach to real estate sales will put you at ease.

Mike comes from a technical background, has a B.S. in Business from University of Maryland. He started as a Field Engineer with Gerber Scientific servicing high end photoplotting devices at various secure government and private agencies in the District of Columbia and surrounding areas. Some of the clients Mike serviced during that period were NSA, CIA, FBI, Dept of Treasury, The White House along with many other government installations and military bases. Mike got involved with Candi and her Real Estate business in the early 1990’s and is the technical backend of Team Noyes. He is also President of Noyes Microsystems, a computer consulting company located in Ocean City servicing mostly Medical, Legal and government offices currently. He enjoys boating on the waters surrounding Ocean City with his Black Lab Moose.

Candi and Mike have two children, Mike and Sara, licensed REALTORS also that round out the team. Mike graduated Providence College with an MBA in Business and Sara earned her Bachelor of Science degree at High Point University. They were both Division I lacrosse players and are natives of Ocean City.

Michael Noyes received his real estate license in 2014 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Maryland for over 8 years. In addition, Michael's full-time job is in the pharmaceutical advertising space. He worked in the industry on the account management side of things since 2013 and lived in Manhattan, New York for over 7 years. He has supported many different pharmaceutical companies in their advertising endeavors, such as Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Amgen, and many more. He now works as an account director at an award-winning agency called AREA 23, and has taken his work remote full time, living at the beach. Due to his closer geographical ties to the beach, he has picked up more real estate support over the past few years. 

Sara Noyes Aquino has been licensed in Maryland since 2014 and licensed in Delaware since 2015. Sara joined Candi’s rental team full time in 2014 and has over 8 years of extensive resort rental knowledge. The combination of Sara’s local roots and years of listing, pricing, and booking rental properties, gives her an edge and competitive sales reach as she joins our team full time.  In addition to real estate, Sara is President of Atlantic Portable X-Ray, a new portable x-ray business she shares with her husband, Gavin Aquino RT(R)(CT) serving the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. Atlantic Portable X-Ray provides same day mobile x-ray services to patients who prefer or require bedside or home health care. Additionally, Sara does part time paralegal work for one of Ocean City’s most reputable lawyers and recently earned her 200 Yoga Teacher Training certificate. Sara and Gavin share a 1-year-old son named Bodhi.
