Mrs. Candi Noyes has over 35 years of experience in the Resort Real Estate Industry on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  Candi holds real estate licenses in Maryland and Delaware.  Her vast experience includes all aspects of residential property investment, sales, leasing, and management.  Candi joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) in 2003 when CBRB acquired one of Ocean City's most established and prestigious real estate firms, Moore, Warfield, and Glick (MWG).  Candi had been a leader in MWG since joining them in 1982.  She was an original agent for MWG's 45th street office.  In 1985, she moved to MWG's 120th street office as the development, sales, and leasing activity in Ocean City rapidly grew, with extensive new development in the north end.

  Solid Background

A native of Salisbury, Maryland, Candi graduated from James M. Bennett High School in 1973 and Salisbury University in 1977.  While attending Salisbury University, she began her real estate career by working part-time with her mother Jeanne Smith, who was the Rental Manager for Caliban Corporation.  Friends advised Candi that she was a 'born' real estate professional, so she decided to become an agent with MWG.  She loved the challenges of the business, is a tireless advocate for her clients, and has earned a reputation as an enthusiastic and loyal supporter of the Real Estate industry in Ocean City and her native, Salisbury.

Candi has been married to Mike Noyes, a native of Rockville, Maryland since 1988.  Mike is a computer engineer who owns his own business, Noyes Microsystems Inc. based in Ocean City.  The firms' clients include business and professionals in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia who require Mike's expertise in computer hardware, software and service.   Candi and Mike have two children, Mike age 21, who is now attending Providence College and Sara age 19, who is attending High Point University. They are both playing Division I lacrosse while earning their degrees.  For unmatched expertise in commercial and residential investment, sales, leasing and resort rentals, contact Candi at CBRB.
